The social facilities of the Barnitz United Methodist Church are made available to the general community on a daily rental basis.  The Social Hall, Large Pavilion and surrounding area on the banks of the Yellow Breeches Creek are often used to host family reunions, celebrations, holiday gatherings and other times of fellowship.  All facilities are Handicapped Accessible.

Social Hall:
Seats 80 to 100 people and includes a fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, large freezer, serving window, restrooms and movable tables.  The Social Hall also offers a wall mounted Television and VCR.

Large Pavilion:
Has picnic tables to seat 110 to 130 people, a generous supply of electrical outlets, running water and a built in grill that can handle small to large meats preparation.

The Grounds:
Boasts a swing set with two toddler seats, two sets of horseshoe pits and excellent fishing opportunities on the Yellow Breeches Creek which borders the entire length of the Barnitz property.  There are several benches thoughtfully placed throughout the grounds and lots of room to enjoy the beauty of God's creation.

Rental Information:
$75.00 per day.  Includes the use of the Social Hall, Pavilion and surrounding grounds.  Renter must have Home Owners Insurance.  Renter's Home Owner's Insurance is the primary insurance; Barnitz UMC insurance is secondary insurance.
